DESCRIPTION: Silas Hoadley, Plymouth, Conn., tall clock, 8 days, time and bell strike, weight driven, wooden works movement in a pine case with painted wood dial, c1815
CONDITION: the clock case is very handsome and in excellent condition with an old finish. This 8-day pull-wind movement is unique to Hoadley, is complete and original except two replaced gears in the time train. The Hoadley dial is in excellent condition and extremely colorful with a factory and ship in the arch and an eagle above the hands. The weights are replacements. Please see Philip E.
